These sandals are much better than Birkenstocks. First off - they are real leather [suede]...not some kind of fake stuff that cuts into your toes. These are very reasonably priced as well. If you have arch trouble or medium to high arches - these shoes are for you. If my feet hurt after a long period of standing, I just put on the Newalks and the aches/pains are relieved in a matter of minutes. I own two pairs of these. One pair I have been wearing for at least two years and they do not show any wear. I just wish they came in some other colors.

These shoe arrived very quickly and are great shoes. I love Birkenstock shoes but sometimes don't like the price these had a great price and great product!

When I began working as an RN in a busy Emergency Department I was quickly diagnosed with plantar facitis and the podiatrist recomended that I buy a pair of Birkenstocks to wear around the house (we have hard wood floors) and slip them on as soon as I woke up (rather than walk around barefoot). Wearing them along with stretching relieved my symptoms in a few weeks. I haven't worked as a nurse for a few years, and my "house" Birkies finally broke after 13 years and I didn't replace them until now. These are a GREAT price and feel just like my old Birkies which cost a LOT more money! It's a great deal and my feet are so much happier!
